The problem

Stop rebuilding the answer for every project.

The answer usually exists already. It's just spread across four systems and one person's memory.TarmacSync brings it together before the solicitation goes out.

What governs the purchase

  • Local purchasing policy
  • ACIP/CIP, budget, and funding
  • State and federal requirements
  • AIP Handbook, Grant Assurances, FAA Orders
  • Existing contracts and grant terms

It doesn't wait for you to ask.

Most of what changes an airport purchase happens before anyone opens a file.

Your AIP record, next to your peers'.

Compare public federal-funding records with airports of a similar size without using another airport's private workspace data.

New FAA awards, flagged automatically.

When federal money is obligated to your airport, it arrives as an alert in your digest — not as something you hear about at a conference.

Rule changes, filtered to your airport.

Advisory Circular revisions, AIP Handbook updates, and grant-program news matched to your airport's profile. Weekly — not whenever someone remembers to check.

How the answer is built

Same facts in. Same clear path forward.

TarmacSync weighs your airport’s purchasing rules, project facts, available agreements, and funding requirements together—then shows the sources and reasoning behind the recommended path.

01

Grounded in trusted sources

Key requirements link directly to the authoritative source and applicable revision.

Authoritative guidance

02

Built around your airport

The recommended path reflects how your airport is authorized to buy—not a generic procurement policy.

  • Project funding and existing agreements
03

Recorded with the project

Omar Daaboul, A.A.E. — founder of TarmacSync
From the founder

"The question was never what to buy. It was always how to buy it."

I built TarmacSync after watching airport teams rebuild the same answer — policy, funding terms, contracts, project files — every time a new purchase came up.Working it out was never the hard part of the job. It just took the longest.

Questions you might have.

Who is the Founding Airport Partner Program for?

U.S. public-use airport teams and sponsors — especially GA, reliever, non-hub, and small-hub airports. The strongest fit is an airport with a real upcoming purchase or project and a willingness to provide candid feedback.

What does the 90-day collaboration include?

Each participating airport receives guided setup, a configured TarmacSync workspace, TarmacSync support across real airport projects, short check-ins during the 90-day program, and direct working sessions with the founder. There is no fee, automatic renewal, or purchase commitment.

What would our airport need to provide?

Your procurement policy, applicable purchasing thresholds, and background on real purchases or projects. Please do not provide SSI, CUI, classified, or protected security information.

Does participation require a public endorsement?

No. Participation may remain private. TarmacSync will not use the airport's name, logo, testimonial, or project information publicly without written permission.

How much airport staff time does setup require?

The first working conversation requires no preparation. If your airport proceeds, setup is guided around documents and project information the airport already has. Before materials are shared, we will confirm the minimum inputs, participants, and expected time with your team.

Does our IT department need to be involved?

Not for the initial conversation. Before workspace access or airport documents are introduced, your airport may require an IT, security, privacy, or procurement review. TarmacSync will provide the available security and data-handling information for that review.

Does TarmacSync replace our existing systems or reviews?

No. TarmacSync helps the airport understand the working path, supporting evidence, open questions, and next action. Existing procurement, legal, grant, board, FAA, ERP, eProcurement, and records processes remain in place.

Does TarmacSync integrate with our existing systems?

Integration with airport procurement, ERP, and financial systems is planned for a future release. Today, TarmacSync works alongside your existing systems — you can export data and evidence files at any time.

How is airport information handled?

Airport information is not used to train public AI models. Approved providers may process information only to operate the service under disclosed terms. Additional data-handling expectations will be documented before an airport provides program materials.

What does "Founding Airport Partner" mean?

"Founding Airport Partner" describes participation in TarmacSync's initial airport program. It does not create an ownership, equity, agency, joint-venture, endorsement, or intellectual-property relationship.

What does TarmacSync cost after the 90 days?

TarmacSync is priced per airport, not per user, starting at $2,400 per year for general aviation airports and scaling by airport size. Founding Airport collaborations begin in January 2027. Nothing converts automatically — at the end of the 90 days, your airport decides whether to continue. Founding airports that continue lock in their launch price for 12 months. Full tiers and how airports typically purchase are on our pricing page.

Is TarmacSync FAA-approved or endorsed?

No. TarmacSync is an advisory tool. All procurement, grant, and legal decisions remain with the airport and its advisors.

What browsers are supported?

TarmacSync works in all modern browsers — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
