Founding Airport Partner Program
TarmacSync is welcoming Founding Airport Partners to evaluate the product on real purchases and projects during a free 90-day pilot. Founding Partners shape the platform before broader release. We are happy to welcome any U.S. public-use airport that wants to participate.
The first cohort begins January 2027. Each airport is configured personally before the start — policy, thresholds, and funding context in place on day one — so the cohort is limited. Reserve by November 30, 2026. Reserving costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
What is included
- Free for 90 days. No automatic renewal. No purchase commitment.
- If your airport continues after the 90 days, your launch price is locked for the first 12 months.
- Unlimited airport users — the same as a paid tier.
- One 45-minute kickoff and guided setup.
- Representative procurement or project workflows.
- Two 30-minute structured feedback sessions.
- Direct founder support throughout the partnership.
- Participation may remain private. No testimonials or logos required.
Who we are looking for
- U.S. public-use airport or sponsor.
- GA, reliever, non-hub, or small-hub airports preferred.
- Director or empowered project/procurement lead.
- At least one upcoming procurement or capital project.
- Willingness to provide candid, structured feedback.

Complete the application on our homepage. Applications are reviewed personally — no sales sequence and no commitment. We respond within two business days to schedule a fit conversation.
Between now and January we use that conversation to understand your policy, thresholds, and the projects you expect to run, so the platform reflects your airport when the cohort starts.
