Procurement Support Packet
Product overview, sample procurement path snapshot, and evaluation guide to help your airport review TarmacSync.
What TarmacSync does
TarmacSync helps U.S. airport teams turn a purchase or project need into a clear working procurement path, the evidence to review, and the next action — before the process gets stuck.
Pathfinder starts with a plain-English purchase or project need, connects the relevant airport and funding context, and helps the team understand a working procurement path, material open issues, supporting evidence, and the next action. It guides, organizes, researches, and drafts; airport staff and applicable authorities continue to review and decide.
What the team gets
- A clearer working path based on the purchase, anticipated value, funding, airport policy, and available contract context.
- Material open issues surfaced before they become delays.
- Grounded evidence from reviewed airport documents and current official sources when it affects the answer.
- A practical next action that keeps the project moving.
- A connected project file that can support planning, procurement, grant, and closeout work over time.
What TarmacSync is not
- Not an ERP, bid portal, accounting platform, e-signature service, or official records system.
- Does not select vendors or obligate funds.
- Does not issue final procurement, grant, legal, or FAA determinations.
- Does not replace legal or procurement review.
Sample Procurement Path Snapshot
Every project TarmacSync works through produces a snapshot like this one. It names the likely path, the open questions, and the next action — drawn from your airport's policy, funding context, and available contract vehicles.

How to evaluate TarmacSync for your airport
- Review the public trust, security, and privacy pages at app.tarmacsync.com/trust. Confirm the security posture and data-handling commitments meet your airport's requirements.
- Review the Data Processing Addendum for subprocessor and cross-border transfer details. US-only processing is available on request.
- Confirm the pilot data boundaries. The Founding Airport Partner Program uses non-sensitive project and procurement information. SSI, CUI, classified, and export-controlled material are not accepted.
- Identify a real purchase or project expected during the next six months. The strongest evaluation is working through an actual airport need.
- Schedule a fit conversation. Complete the form at tarmacsync.com/#application. Omar will reply personally within two business days.
Founding Airport Partner Program
Airports can evaluate TarmacSync through a free 90-day collaboration using real, non-sensitive projects. The program includes guided setup, a configured workspace, direct founder support, and no purchase commitment. Founding airports that continue lock in their launch price for the first 12 months.
